Designed to make a profound statement, the exterior features floating concrete panels and expansive double-height glass facades that blur the boundaries between the indoors and the outdoors.

Design Philosophy & Concept

At Sasvat Studio, we believe that true luxury lies in the delicate balance between aesthetic grandeur and ergonomic functionality. Our design philosophy for this project was rooted in creating an immersive sensory experience that transcends mere visual appeal. We approached the spatial planning with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring that every square foot serves a distinct purpose while maintaining an open, fluid connectivity throughout the structure. The interplay of natural light and shadow forms the core of our architectural narrative, transforming the space dynamically from dawn to dusk.

Material Palette & Finishes

The material palette was carefully curated to evoke a sense of timeless elegance and tactile richness. We sourced premium Italian marble, characterized by its deep dramatic veining, to serve as the foundational flooring. To counterbalance the cool sleekness of the stone, we integrated extensive custom-crafted woodwork utilizing sustainably harvested fluted oak. Accents of brushed brass and antiqued bronze were meticulously applied to hardware, lighting fixtures, and subtle inlays, offering a subdued, sophisticated glamour.

Lighting & Ambient Design

Lighting design was treated not merely as a functional requirement but as a crucial architectural element. We developed a highly layered illumination strategy that relies on a sophisticated network of concealed linear LED coves, deep-recessed architectural downlights, and statement decorative fixtures. The entire lighting ecosystem is integrated into a centralized smart automation system, allowing the client to select from pre-programmed scenes that dynamically adjust color temperature and intensity based on the time of day and desired ambiance.

Sustainability & Smart Integration

Environmental stewardship and sustainable design practices were integral to the execution of this project. We prioritized low-VOC paints and finishes for superior indoor air quality. The HVAC system features high-efficiency HEPA filtration and energy-recovery ventilators. The building envelope was engineered for maximum acoustic and thermal insulation, utilizing triple-glazed fenestration with low-emissivity coatings to significantly reduce solar heat gain and urban noise pollution.
